Directions

Dissolve 1 sachet in 500ml of cold water. Shake or stir until fully dissolved. Drink within 24 hours of mixing. Best chilled. Take 1–2 sachets per day depending on how hard you train and how much you sweat. Do not exceed 2 sachets per day.

Storage & allergens

Store below 25°C in a cool, dry place, away from direct sunlight. Once a sachet is opened, use it straight away. No declared allergens. Suitable for vegans.
