Directions for use
Dissolve 1 stick in 500ml of cold water. Shake or stir well until fully dissolved. Consume within 24 hours of preparation. Best enjoyed chilled. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose of 1 stick per day.
Storage & allergens
Store below 25°C in a cool, dry place, away from direct sunlight. Once a stick is opened, consume immediately. Contains no declared allergens. Suitable for vegans.

Nothing but the flavour. The electrolyte and taurine actives are identical in both — 1,000mg taurine, 750mg sodium, 200mg potassium and 100mg magnesium. Citrus is lemon, lime and orange; Grape is a single juicy grape flavour.
Whenever it suits your day. Many people take theirs around training, but there is no wrong time. One stick per day is the recommended dose.
Yes. Every electrolyte in the formula is in citrate form, which is considerably more soluble than the oxide alternatives. Give it a shake in 500ml of cold water and it goes clear in seconds.
Yes, at any time. Subscriptions run every thirty days and can be paused, rescheduled or cancelled from your account without contacting us.
