What we collect, why we collect it, and how to make us delete it.

The short version
We collect as little as possible. If you join the launch list we store your email address and nothing else. If you message us we keep the message so we can reply. We do not use advertising trackers, we do not build a profile of you, and we have never sold anyone's data and do not intend to.
You can ask us to delete everything we hold about you at any time, and we will.

Bee Ready Performance Ltd is the data controller for the information described on this page. That means we are the ones responsible for it, and the ones you complain to first.

What we collect, and why

Where we rely on legitimate interests, the interest is simply running the site and replying to people who contact us. We have considered whether that overrides your rights and concluded it does not — but you can object, and we explain how below.
What we do not do
We think it is worth being specific, because most policies are not:
- No advertising or tracking cookies.This site sets no cookies of its own at all.
- No analytics.We do not currently run Google Analytics or any equivalent. If that changes, this page changes first.
- No selling or sharing for marketing.Your details are not passed to anyone for their own purposes.
- No automated decision-making.Nothing about you is decided by an algorithm.
Companies that handle data for us
We use two third parties to run this website. They act on our instructions, and both are based in the United States, so your data is transferred outside the UK. Those transfers rely on the UK International Data Transfer Addendum or equivalent safeguards.
Netlify hosts the site and receives anything you submit through a form. Their server logs record IP addresses.
Google Fonts serves the typefaces the site is set in. Because the fonts load from Google's servers, Google receives your IP address when a page loads. If you would rather that did not happen, tell us — the fonts can be served from our own domain instead.
Cookies
This site does not set any cookies, which is why there is no cookie banner. There is nothing for you to accept or reject.
That will change if we add a shop, because a checkout needs a cookie to remember what is in your basket. Cookies strictly necessary for a service you asked for do not need consent, but anything beyond that will, and we will ask properly before setting one.
Your rights
Under UK data protection law you can ask us to:
- Show you what we hold.A copy of your data, free of charge.
- Correct it, or delete it.If it is wrong, or you simply want it gone.
- Stop or limit what we do with it.Including objecting where we rely on legitimate interests.
- Hand it over in a portable format.To you, or to someone else.
- Withdraw consent.For the launch list, at any time. It does not affect anything we did before you withdrew it.
Email bee@beereadyperformance.co.uk and we will deal with it within one month. We will not charge you and we will not make it difficult.
Complaints
If you think we have handled your data badly, please tell us first so we can put it right. If you are not satisfied, you have the right to complain to the Information Commissioner's Office, the UK's data protection regulator, at ico.org.uk or on 0303 123 1113.
Changes to this policy
If we change how we handle your data we will update this page and change the date at the top. If the change is significant and we hold your email address, we will tell you directly rather than quietly editing the page.
